No - and sometimes you can go by several days without syncing if you don’t open app. Not synching between Tuesday and Friday seems like a long time for me though but it’s happened to me before, was just busy and not using it

I’m intrigued how one “picks up” wifi. You would need a password to be on the wifi. Or does this simply mean when the phone picks up the existence of all available close by networks without accessing them? Until now I didn’t know that this could be tracked.

I’ve seen a couple of mentions of the school noticing Oakley’s absence as if it were a recent thing. The timeline is puzzling. Did she ask after Oakley at the sleepover after not having seen her since January? In which case one child at the school and not the other for a year? Makes more sense...

I would say neglect and possibly financial? Didn’t make it a financial priority
