I'm trying to figure out why the fiancé took his clothes off before helping her give birth on the floor...maybe to keep them clean so he could wear them afterwards? Need more details! At least the birth went well and they have a "little nugget" to love!

    Coronavirus COVID-19 - Global Health Pandemic #110

Thank you for sharing this sad story with us. I'm sorry your friends went through this and that the wife did not survive, leaving her husband alone and grief-stricken. You are a great friend to look after him. I'm also sorry that you got Covid and are still dealing with symptoms. I hope you will...

    Coronavirus COVID-19 - Global Health Pandemic #110

The emergency vehicle activity at the senior facility is concerning. Seems likely that Covid and/or flu cases are increasing there. I'd guess that many of the residents are not adequately vaccinated, so they are ending up in the hospital. Sigh.

Excellent article, thanks for posting. Here is a gift link for anyone who'd like to read it: https://wapo.st/3VhFf39 As an elderly person myself (late 70s), I didn't realize that 9 out of 10 deaths are in people over 65. But I am grateful for the protection from good masks and from the vaccines...

IMO, there's no reason not to get the bivalent shot if it's available to you. I got mine in September, previous booster was in May.

I'd love to see you all in your matching sweaters! I love Waldorf salad but haven't made it for quite a while. I don't have any celery or grapes at the moment, but I could maybe substitute fennel and raisins. The slivers of the fennel bulb are nice and crunchy in green salads.

So I'm in NC, and they claim "biscuit" is the most popular side. ??? Where are they getting their data? Some favorites around here are sweet potato or winter squash casserole, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, stuffing. Sometimes fruit salad or roasted root veggies. Just writing...

That's what I have. I've only used the air fryer function a few times; I mainly use the oven to bake, reheat, or toast. I use it a lot.
