I'm just curious, what is it that makes you think Adnan is guilty? I'm sure there is evidence that hasn't been presented yet, but so far all I've read or heard is along the lines of, "Jay said Adnan told him this, Jay said Adnan did this, etc".

Usually this type of "waiting period" is measured from whenever a notice is posted on the boat (or wherever), and I don't believe we know when that was.

All good points ninij9. The recent article describing her movements that night said she first enters the video at McGrady's from the east, not from the west - the direction she would have been coming from if she went there directly from Camden Plaza. Possibly the reason for the "missing time"...
