You realize fight or flight and paranoid/delusional can look identical to someone NOT in a fear state? Any witness not understanding the CAUSE of her fear could easily assume there was something wrong with her or drugs were involved. If you look at the symptoms of date rape drugs, they also...
I saw a screen shot that he wrote the C's backyard, which is diagonally across the street toward the front gate of the neighborhood (looking at Google Maps, it's up to the left of CPH's home if CPH's home is the center). It's not where the clothes or body were found.
Let's get some facts out before concluding that "bipolar disorder" led to SG's death:

When someone is in a state of fear of impending death, adrenaline and your body's "fight or flight" response takes over. In this state, it is primitive...
Great find! I don't believe much in coincidences. I never believed the police dog searching that area on that day was a coincidence the same as I never believed SG's body was found without a tip.
The only purpose I can imagine is that the killer of both WANTED to up the ante. He WANTED...
I think that if the SCPD released the tape, there's a real possibility the killer could be caught and no relishing in his sick "accomplishment" would be had (at least not for long). JMHO
During my search, I came across the local legislation that talks about how 911 calls are handled. Basically, you make a call in the county and you get the POC (or some similar abbreviation that may have escaped my mind- and if you want the info a simple Google search will show) "point of...
So maybe the mother is a victim of sex trafficking? Then why kill the toddler? Why wait until the child is a toddler? Why would her captor never terminate the pregnancy if that's the case?
I believe the reason the lawsuit was filed because of CPH's phone call to MG. Any info gained through that process could, by default, raise awareness of the case and potentially help with costs since JR's services are pro bono.
I think what's disrespectful is assuming MG is using her...
This one describes who can get the 911 calls, what it can be used for (criminal prosecution), and how long the records go back in time:

Do you have proof it didn't happen the way hawk imagines? :waitasec:
There's actually a couple articles I've read regarding the E911 system in Suffolk Co. I may have to go find them to PROVE that there is information out there regarding cell phone calls to 911 and how GPS is utilized.
...off...
I agree to an extent. As curious as I am, I think it would be painful to the family hearing it repeatedly. I do, however, believe the family has a right to hear it.
Has she (or remaining attorney stuck with her) filed an answer, yet? Has the time passed? If so, she may be up chit's creek since no answer is as good as agreement.
