    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

At the very high risk of being frowned upon.... I have to say that I actually feel sorry for TM. I'd say she was totally drawn in by GBC's web of deceitful promises....:dunno: Just to be clear, I am in no way condoning any of her actions but just feel that she also is a victim in this terribly...

OMG... this is heartbreaking. The poor girls. SO happy the jury's verdict was guilty - what a good job under the circumstances. :hugs:

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 8th July - Trial Day 16

Oh WOW it is too. That is a classic. It HAS to relate to the case... especially with the shaving cream particularly targeted on the letter 'G'.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 7th July - Trial Day 15

Is anyone able to tell me which day of the trial Mrs Dickie gave evidence? I'm interested in going back and re-reading.

And how do feel overnight? Do you wake up early morning feeling the need to walk 14kms and throw yourself of a bridge? I also take an antidepressant at night before bed as I find that works best for me. The defence are clutching at straws (or Crepe Myrtles)!!

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #4

Were the phone records for TM presented? I haven't seen them anywhere and was wondering what her calls were on the night of the 19th??? If there is a link I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

It's a shame the car engines computers don't have a log of each time the car engine was turned on/off... Similar to that of the phone being put on the charger! :tantrum:

I agree. He threw it out there somewhere before the police got to the house and then later picked it up and properly destroyed it.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 2nd July - Trial Day 14, Week 3

Have just been looking at GBC phone records... if my husband was missing, I would be trying to call his mobile everyday for days/weeks! Not just a few times on the day he went missing.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 1st July - Trial Day 13, Week 3

Absolutely... wouldn't you call her parents (and/or close friends) to see if they have heard from her or know her whereabouts... BEFORE calling 000?!
