He has a similar offense listed for Sept. of 1992. In total there are 25 charges against him. He got in trouble in Utah too.

I just looked thru the PG County Crime solvers page and Julie's case is not listed. She isn't on the Maryland State Police Cold Case sight either. Bumping for Julie.

This makes me think they did not know her, there would be no connection made to her when she was found.

But if the police are able to locate the location and pinpoint the source (computer that was used) if it was a computer, they can find all those deleted messages and much more on the hard drive.

That is what I was thinking that maybe they are in a body of water. But with the hacking of his account I lean toward someone who knows him and his account information. This isn't just some hacker, it is personal.

I have not heard of that, but you may want to contact the Cuyahoga County Coroner's office. I don't know that they would release this or not.

There is the process of rerunning the prints, I am just not sure what protocol leads them to decide to compare samples.
