Anyone else notice this little tidbit of info....page 7 end of first paragraph: the infirmary witnessed Mr. Lewis "purposely dislocating his shoulder out of anger for being cuffed behind his back." I have long suspected that ALs injuries while in police custody were self-inflected....now...

I have no idea if it was LE or AL himself that called CL following the car accident and asking her to come to the hospital....so I don't believe I've commented either way.

At least he finally acknowledged that there are "no martial assetts and debt." I would have preferred he request to dismiss the motion to divorce on the grounds that he doesn't want her to be able to testify against him on charges of capital murder....

When the detective called CLs ex that morning the only thing he was told was that CL would be arrested that day. Until the aunt showed up to get the daughter no one on this side of the family knew what her charges were. So when the aunt arrived to pick up the daughter a detective met the aunt...

When the aunt went and picked up the daughter from the police station (the day CL was arrested for the TBR charge) She briefly spoke with a detective who stated that BCs phone was found in CLs home.... He did not mention anything besides the phone. Doesn't mean that there *might not have been...

What's the over/under on lawsuit filed within the first 5 days?

I've had limited experience working in mental health facilities.... But from what I know.... I can't wait to see what lawsuits and grievances AL is going to file. Is that wrong of me?

I love how his story is changing.... From jumping from a second story window to a three story fall. He's having trouble keeping his stories straight.

Craigslist usually only goes back 30-60 days...I've heard there is a way to search for deleted posts by searching cached pages... But I'm not computer savey enough to figure that out.

Just a thought.... If/when the Carter family gets a judgement against AL for wrongful death and AL gets it through his narcissistic thick scull that he will never get a penny, and that any and all future windfalls of money will go to the Carter family... Maybe he'll stop suing everyone.

All I know is that she had a new/different phone with a different number (which does not go along with the story that she activated a different phone with her same number) on Monday night after she was released on the TBR charge.

CL turned over her phone voluntarily and gave LE the password ON SUNDAY WHEN SHE ARRIVED AT THE HOSPITAL. CL's house was searched on Sunday while she was voluntarily at the police station for questioning (after leaving the hospital)....and searched again on Monday the day of her TBR arrest.
