Someone was obviously clever enough to completely disable her iPhone so that she would have been unable to make calls to 911 or do anything else with it. If there was an argument, she might have picked up her phone and threatened to call 911 and that would have been the last of that phone. imo

I'm sure he must have told LE what time he left and then it could have been verified by the neighbor's cameras. But what if the camera didn't pick him up leaving? (modsnip) imo
