I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone who either grew up in the area and may have left or someone that visited the area on a frequent basis (family, work, etc). I get the impression he's local because of where the crime occurred, but maybe he's no longer local.

So if they have DNA, did they test RL when he was arrested? They either don't have it and said they did, or I'd think they'd have mentioned whether or not RL matched or not or they do and for some reason either didn't test RL against it or are keeping quiet about the results for some reason...

Do we know if the girls were found closer to the creek or to the cemetary? Edit: Also, is the vegetation this time of year full or sparse? In the videos the trees don't look like they have leaves so it doesn't seem like it'd be as easy to stay hidden, but I could be wrong.
