I'm a bone collector so I'm one to cut them open if I find them. A few taps with your foot usually lets you know if it's general rubbish or remains. I have never thought of coming across human remains in a bag though.

This is the pull over stop where the authorities were. You can see the bridge just up ahead in the second picture, with the pull over stop just too the right. I know a lot of tree debris builds up around the foundation of bridges after flooding, so the body may have been caught up on that as well

I didnt get to hear all of the interview but if I remember correctly he was talking about a cabin around there that a murder suspect was hiding in for 2 or 3 years and that was the best spot him and friends thought GS could hide and they were right
