I was more inferring the waste bin or job site was a temporary solution for the storage of the body before another location could be found

Construction sites require skip bin collections “ when required “ so are not locked into a regular collection cycle. There is no long term contract with the waste company required for the principal contractor. Once the tenancy is handed over to the occupants then that is the point when a regular...

It seems the electrical business did data and electrical including commercial sites and are based in Mt Clear. The business itself doesn’t seem to have a large media presence/website/Abr registration history so I would think they would have difficulty getting into the tendering process for the...

Skip bins for business and construction sites are not recorded on any regular pick up schedule. Construction sites are ‘as required’ and ordered when needed. Residential Businesses can have different collection dates other than scheduled for the particular suburb

This is a working mine and not open to the public so I would think of no relevance to this case

A simple ABN lookup reveals that PS does actually work on industrial site in his electrical role within the family company. So many opportunities here that really needs a deeper dive by Vicpol

Just a further thought, if PS worked on retail/commercial fitout sites which are in the construction phase, the electricians and other trades are usually given keys to access the site for the period of the fitoff. Possibly nobody was due back on site for a week while for example, they awaited...

Being that the accused was an electrician, I wonder what type of job sites he worked on. i.e. residential vs industrial. If the later he may have been familiar with a particular remote job site (they usually have skip bins on site) providing him the opportunity to temporarily stash Sam's body...

    GUILTY Australia - Terence Darrell Kelly, charged w/ abduction of 4 y.o., WA, 16 Oct 2021 #2

Just noticed a quick advert for ACA advertising an upcoming story as an update on CS complete with photos of CS. Nothing on line yet. I hope whoever is pushing for this has CS interests at heart. For her best interests going forward I would have thought she would have been more protected so as...

Justice finally for Lyn and her family. Rot in jail Chris. I can’t imagine how her daughters are feeling. I hope in some way this helps Lyn’s family without having knowledge of where she lays. We have all at Websleuths been with you throughout this journey. Let’s just remember the beautiful...

It's interesting that Shanelle visited Chris. In the podcast she was very much non committal as to his guilt and seemed to just want to live her simple life. I guess facing the outcome of this being the last time she will be able to freely interact with her Dad gave her the drive to make the...

I found it extremely interesting that PD and MD's testimony of that fateful Christmas weren't in agreeance. In fact they were the total opposite. PD claimed the CD and LD's marriage was fine and dandy and he didn't recall CD & JC being at his house on Christmas Day. MD's testimony on the other...

So good to hear Hedley back talking about Lynette and reminding us of the beautiful woman and mother she was. Such a tragic loss for her children and family. Her nephew David Jenkins, one of only 3 members of the public to attend court on Day 1
