    GUILTY Australia - Stephanie Scott, 26, Leeton, NSW, 5 April 2015 - #3

This is a long hypothetical post only, so please feel free to disregard it as i am speculating only (just a heads up!) This case is still puzzling me immensely. As much detail as the sentencing transcript went into (shudders), it seems to open up more questions about the curious case of The...

nope, no reports of any type of stalking i can recall. I do remember it being reported that they used SS's phone pings to locate her body though (which i found odd, as i thought they would try VS's first?). But eek, this just gave me a creepy thought about social media and wifi at schools...

Thanks FromGermany, I double checked, and neither of them have much interest in racing games. Just shooters for both really. It was the amount of juvenile games that VS had played moreso than MS that caught my attention i think. Lego Batman, Harry Potter, Banjo Kazooie games etc. Living with 2...

I'm intrigued by the jetstar ticket too! It was used in the evidence brief against Marcus though. Marcus had plenty of time to cut and run before he was arrested so i'm dubious that it was for him. I'm a bit foggy on the timeline now so if anyone still has links that would be handy - Wasn't...

In trying to play devil's advocate in a way to hypothesise how on earth Davidge is going to go about defending what is essentially a not guilty plea - I'm at a total loss with the flexicuffs. There really is no possible explanation for why he purchased them unless there was premeditated intent...

after trying to sleuth the quote i heard on tv, the closest i can find is this >> http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/stephanie-scott-murder-case-marcus-stanford-pleads-guilty-to-being-accessory-after-fact/news-story/87d0216f6b23b2d1911f280e4016705a So the sexual assault charge hasn't been...

on another note, though it may be wise to sentence MS before VS's trial to strengthen their case, wouldn't his sentencing be almost entirely dependant on the outcome of VS's verdict? What if he's found not guilty, or guilty of a lesser charge?

I don't have a source as i saw it on the news (abc), they said the replacement charge is deprivation of liberty. I find this really odd, especially after looking this charge up, which apparently is only a misdemeanor and it only carries a 3 year term. I'm assuming there's no evidence that VS...

Hi Websleuthers. Long time lurker, first time poster :) EurekaLemon, would you mind if i could ask some questions? I have been following this case since the start and something that has always bothered me in 'not adding up' is the car, and a couple of details you gave, further sent up red flags...
