This is probably because Irish media will report a crime, but then may not cover speculative details of cases yet to be adjudicated in Irish courts in case they prejudice the case. I'm not sure if this legality applies to court-cases outside of Ireland, but I suppose the same ethical argument...

My understanding is that she has a family law lawyer to deal with custody issues and a criminal defence lawyer to deal with the murder charge. She may also have someone to deal with the estate but I haven't seen anything about it. Is that generally handled separately in the US?
