Yes no problem on my end. I understand others have different feelings about who's involved or not. I don't dispute the parents looked tired I just feel the other stuff I pointed out is the more important takeaway from their interviews. Can't say I saw this video but I'm not a big believer in unexplained phenomenon type of stuff. I would say that the couple of interviews the parents gave were less than convincing in my opinion. No I don't think it's important because I already know. When a rep mutes their mic the caller can't hear any audio (let me place you on a silent hold mam) but the recording equipment continues to record all sound.
