BBM...could family and/or friends not be there because they have given LE critical information about the case & are not to be in court until trial (prosecution witness)?

BBM - reviewing the video from yesterday's court appearance, IMO, T looks frightened, trapped...deer in headlights kind of look. I would like to believe that T will crack like a dropped egg but, I have my doubts. Really, what does she have to gain by doing so? All my opinion Edit due to missing ?

Pardon my ignorance,. What was with the questions from defense at the end regarding why the case was handed over to a different division (or something like that). Seemed pointless in my opinion but did give the camera man the opportunity to point at T

Bbm... I wish that were true. The last case i followed here was the case against Dellen Millard, I could be wrong but, I don't recall anyone mentioning an incinerator until LE broke the news.

All charges together makes sense. I was personally just trying to wrap my head around the "possibility" that his death was an accident. Had LS not removed or tried to cover up the events of the day, giving explanations for everything...perhaps even say that he fell, hit his head, didn't think...

Imo, verdict should be guilty BUT it's more of an emotional verdict than fact based. (Given prior knowledge of his previous convictions). Fact...he is never getting out of prison. My only hope is a not guilty would allow the Bosma family lawsuit to move forward with positive monetary...

My thoughts as well But...if found not guilty, is there a better chance of Bosma family getting the $$ from the lawsuit?
