Ok that clears it up. I knew he lived in TX for a bit but I had just heard about this last week and got caught up on everything but I was thinking he had gone to MI before the murder and came back
All of this is still odd with his wife though. I'm assuming all this time she has known he was...
Oh his wife owned the house in TX and she had already gone back to MI? Do you know if he was living in TX still when the murders happened or did he come to TX to commit the murders?
All of it is confusing. I was under the impression that he wasn't living in TX when the murders happened, but I might just be confused about that because of all the craziness in this. That's why I wondered whose house it was. But he might have been living in TX when the murders happened and...
His wife may have been stationed at Ft Hood when she was active duty and they could have lived on Post. I saw addresses for her at Ft Hood and Killeen. He obviously had ties to the area. He would have only lived on Post with someone active duty living on Post.
A matter we might not hear about, that may or may not come out, concerns involvement of DHR. We have some really good case workers and we have some very bad ones. We have had children in this state die due to bad case workers even though DHR was involved. We have also had issues of mandatory...
And I doubt anyone in her family really understood the dangerous situation she was in. With almost every situation it can be hard to see clearly when it is you and your family. Also with substance abuse you tend to see more physical abuse. There is really no telling what the family dynamics or...
There is also the issue that many victims of DV have grown up in a violent home and this is what they have seen all of their life and it is "normal" to them. There are also some victims that end up with several relationships with abusers and it becomes normal to them. Then you have many that...
I think the confusion is articles have said they were killed in a house in Killeen. I haven't seen whose house that was I thought at first maybe his wife's house but I believe she was in the reserves so she wouldn't be living on base.
If they have said who owned the house where the crime...
Abused women and relationships are much more complicated than that. What states need to do is have more resources, they need to investigate and charge even if the woman drops the charges. Some women drop charges because they are trying to not be killed.
Some states require the cops to press...
I haven't heard much about this at all and I'm only about 60 miles SW from where this happened. I'm in the largest county in the state and I didn't even hear about this locally. Also we had very deadly tornadoes in the state the day after she was found so that could be why it hasn't been bigger...
I thought I saw the mom mention a name responsible for the fire before she made her FB private. IIRC it was a close relative. It's hard to remember with everything I've seen. I don't remember the cause of it being mentioned but remember seeing basically "Jane burned down the house". The name...
They could have been scanned at a toll booth in OKC if they have toll roads here.
I was never addressing anything about the OKC sighting. The entire time I have been addressing the first post you said about not driving without getting scanned.
You can actually do that, you can drive a lot of...
It is very hard to settle in some large city without the use of ID.
Now if they have someone to stay with that will take care of them at least for a good while, the chances to do that become higher. Even a sanctuary city won't have help them. I don't even think they can pass for illegal...
Again, I live in AL. I told you how it is in the largest county in the state.
Also again, if they are so prevalent in every step, every mile.. How did they make it to OKC and not get one scan?

The thing is, as much as we don't want to believe it, TC knows without a doubt, what he is facing.
I'm very, very concerned there has been nothing since the 15th.

They were in North Central AL. We have no idea how long they were here. It takes about 80 minutes to get to Decatur from Columbia. They were somewhere from 8 that morning until 3 that afternoon and still a while to get out of AL no matter what direction they went.
But you have made my point...
