Actually, medical marijuana can range from as low as 4% (Nebula II CBD) to as high as 24% (Sensi Star), and everything in between.

You should tell your friend about CannTrust...https://canntrust.ca/canntrust-inc-introduces-canntrust-access-a-patient-assistance-program-for-medical-cannabis-use-in-canada/ It might help with costs. HTH

Because people don't illegally sell prescription drugs, right? And how would you know what's been blocked by legal arguments and what hasn't?

True, but I don't think we've heard every single detail of this case or their lives, do you?

It could have been anytime in the past, who knows. I'm just saying that it is hard to know what they could have been talking about...hurts YOUR chin, YOUR stomach, MY ankle...sounds like a scuffle to me IMO

Or you could just go to a pain clinic and get a prescription no problem, as most pain clinics are very pro marijuana. Another advantage to a medical marijuana prescription would be cost if the person is a low-income-bracket earner, not just LE hassles as you mentioned earlier.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.19.16 - Day 37

The text about 'juicing' causing sore chin, stomach and ankle might just be referencing an intoxicated brawl IMO. However, if MS actually had an opiate dependance, he may have been on methadone, which is commonly called juice and is often taken mixed with orange juice. MOO

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.13.16 - Day 34

<BBM> I think this is an excellent point that should be read by everyone complaining about legal arguments. If not for these necessary procedures, we could very well be looking at doubling those cost, or more, with a mistrial. This process is bigger than any impatience that any individual...

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.13.16 - Day 34

<BBM> Respectfully, virtually no criminal who carries an illegal gun will carry it empty. There is nothing as useless as an empty gun. If it was pulled on someone and they fought back, what then? Shout "BANG"? I am not suggesting Tim fought back or is in any way, shape or form responsible...

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.13.16 - Day 34

You could assume the same for a murder, making it even less logical to carry it out IMO

Unless they wanted to see exactly where it was parked, who was living there and decide which truck they wanted to steal. JMO

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.13.16 - Day 34

You don't think that showing up at the target's house for a test drive would be a perfect way to scout it out for the future theft? They could have been planning to return that evening to actually steal it.

<BBM> Please post the link that shows that BD (or anyone other than TD, for that matter) testified that there was a pound of weed. Thanks

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #9

I don't adhere to any one theory in particular. I think it best to hear all the facts before drawing conclusions, as I've stated several times before. What purpose does it serve to simply guess?

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #9

Hey, I'm no psychic ETA - Am I not allowed to analyze details of this case too? Is that not what you and everyone else here does? Why the attack?

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #9

So they calculatedly planned to leave witnesses who saw them from 10 feet away? They planned to shoot TB while in the truck? They calculated that an extra stop at the farm to get the incinerator was prudent? They planned to have an additional witness in IT, who sat in a truck with them? This...

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #9

I agree that if there was a pound of pot, it probably wasn't personal. That doesn't mean it couldn't have been. In the Aaron Hernandez trial, it was testified that Aaron smoked up to an ounce a day. That seems extremely excessive, however, I have a close friend who smokes around 10-12...
