The taxi theory still holds with me.. and MM. Perth and surrounds would have numerous taxi services, VIP, chauffeur, luxury etc etc. they would've all had radio's??..on checking websites... Station wagons, merc's, maxivans, ..upmarket new vehicles..they don't seem to have a taxi roof light...
