Nothing I have read so far (in MOO) sounds like any of this was planned out, but instead desperately reactive. I envision a fierce argument that led to OG’s brutal murder.
Could the thing the person is carrying be a skateboard? There is a dark area in the front upper corner and lower corner of the object that could be wheels. Just a thought and JMO.
I think anything is possible, but IF she was killed in the basement, I think the person on the video shot might have a difficult time getting the hockey bag up the basement steps.

That certainly looks like a small person. Also, even a bag on wheels makes a noise as it thumps down steps and rolls down street. That would wake me up. JMO
