Day 3 SBTC - The 12 Days of JonBenet

I had forgotten about that, thank you for bringing it up. PR did say that she only read a portion of the note before calling 911. Saved by the Cross is by far the most likely explanation given PR's history of cancer and her religious beliefs. And PR was known for her frequent use of acronyms.

    Was Burke Involved ? # 3

The most common reason people give for not believing BDI is that a 9 yr-old isn't capable of the crime. But there are plenty of examples saying otherwise. I see no physical reason why Burke couldn't swing that flashlight hard enough to fracture her skull. It's not that difficult. The...

Kolar's (Foreign Faction) conclusions reinforced by Burke's interview

Kolar is one of the investigators who will appear on the CBS docu-series. Really looking forward to this.

The Case of JonBenet Ramsey-CBS Sept. 18

I didn't know that Kolar would be appearing in the series! Very happy about that.

    Dr. Phil Interviews Burke Ramsey (9/12 & 9/13 2016)

Wasn't DP talking up BR's strange demeanor before the first part aired? He knew exactly how BR's behavior would come across. My guess is that LW and JR didn't. Maybe they've been around him too long. They must have been royally pissed after seeing the first two parts.

    Dr. Phil Interviews Burke Ramsey (9/12 & 9/13 2016)

What are you basing that on? Kolar was the lead investigator on this case for two years and he's seen all the evidence. He's certainly qualified to make an expert opinion.

JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery September 12-14 10/9C On Investigation Disovery

I happen to agree with you about the Ramseys' guilt, but it would be extremely foolish not to follow up on any person of interest in this case. For most people there's a lot more reasonable doubt here than with O.J. Simpson. So far the DNA matches no one in the current criminal database...

JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery September 12-14 10/9C On Investigation Disovery

I can't believe Mary Lacy didn't establish whether it was possible for JMK to be in Boulder on the night of 12/25/96 before she charged and extradited him. I know they probably wanted to move on him fast, but for god's sake at least do a little homework before you make a big public showing...

    Dr. Phil Interviews Burke Ramsey (9/12 & 9/13 2016)

PR wasn't an experienced criminal. She wrote a Hollywood version of what she thought a ransom note sounds like. I doubt she was thinking ahead very much or anticipating questions about the length, the notepad and pen, or the bonus amount. I do think that if JR had written the note, he would...

Are the Ramseys involved or not?

Colorado winters can get quite cold. I know many people who wear long johns to bed. I don't, but I wear them frequently around the house and under my pants.

    Was BR involved? #2

Were police ever aware of this? That is shocking. I was sort of a BDI theorist before this interview, but now I'm convinced he caused the head strike.

Day 7 The DNA/ 12 Days of JonBenet

Kolar says there are at least 6 different touch DNA profiles on her clothing, five male and one female. None of them came from the family. He makes a convincing case against the theory that six different intruders were trampling through the home all night without waking anyone up or leaving...

    Was BR involved? #2

At this point the only possible justice is a truthful confession, unless the Boulder DA finds a charge against JR for which the statute of limitations hasn't expired. Right now they can't prove JR did anything beyond a reasonable doubt. That's a very high standard of proof, and the touch DNA...

    Was BR involved? #2

I don't know, I didn't see a person who is just reclusive. Armchair psychologist and all, but even an extremely shy person would know that smiling while discussing such a serious, personal subject is not appropriate. I just don't get why they wouldn't explain this ahead of time, and control...

    Was BR involved? #2

What stood out the most in part 1 (besides the obvious creepy smiling): --Burke's explanation for why he stayed in his room that morning. Doesn't like conflict? Afraid of a bad guy downstairs? That doesn't make sense. If your mother frantically runs around your room screaming "where's my...

    Was BR involved? #2

The ransom note is the obvious reason. It's PR's handwriting and words. If JR was dictating the note, I don't think it would have directly addressed him only. It would not have used phrases like "use that good southern common sense of yours." There's some strange resentment towards JR in...

Day 5 The John, Patsy and Burke's behavior/ The 12 days of JonBenet

Yes, and their claim that the Boulder PD focused exclusively on them is such b.s.. Standard procedure in any homicide is to examine the people who were at the crime scene first. We all know the vast majority of children killed in the home are killed by a family member. It's common sense to...

    JonBenet's Skull Fractures: The Weapon

The one problem I have with Kolar's theory is that it appears Patsy never went to bed that night (as evidenced by her clothing). If she was still awake and in her street clothes, wouldn't she have noticed the kids eating pineapple in the kitchen and/or fighting? How was BR able to do all this...

Day 5 The John, Patsy and Burke's behavior/ The 12 days of JonBenet

This is fascinating and chilling. As the housekeeper she probably knew the Ramseys' private lives better than anyone. I don't necessarily agree with her version of events, but this is a very persuasive argument for PR's cover-up.

Day 5 The John, Patsy and Burke's behavior/ The 12 days of JonBenet

PR wearing the same clothes she wore the night before. Everyone who knew her said she wouldn't be caught dead in the same outfit two days in a row. Boulder PD losing track of JR's whereabouts in the home for something close to an hour that morning. Huge red flag given the fact that JR...
