    ID - 4 University of Idaho Students Murdered - Moscow # 16

Thank you for calling me on my remark, Dizzy8. My remark should have read that toxicology screens are not always done. I've seen cases where it was not done, but saying it's not routinely performed is inaccurate. Thanks again! CK

    ID - 4 University of Idaho Students Murdered - Moscow # 16

May I ask? I've just logged back on to WS. I was reading some posts about the Idaho college students. I didn't find an answer to my question. Do you know if toxicology screens were done on the four victims? It's not something usually done in cases like this, but it seems important. If there is...

FL FL - Patrick Mullins, 52, Manatee County, 27 Jan 2013

Another possible scenario, which in some ways makes even more sense, is that a police officer friend was at the chef's home when they called to Patrick Mullins. There was alcohol (not by Patrick, from what the family said) and it's possible that the policeman friend is the one who accidentally...

FL FL - Patrick Mullins, 52, Manatee County, 27 Jan 2013

The Death of Patrick Mullins Hello, sleuths. It's been quite a while since I've been on here. It's great to know that you're all still posting to solve crimes that are still unsolved. I'm usually shy about posting, because I know how very good and thoughtful people are here. If there are typos...

    Was Burke Involved? # 4

That's fascinating. Can you tell us more? I live very close to Boulder & have been interested in this horrific crime ever since the killer(s?) perpetrated the crime on this innocent child. I've not researched much, however. I'd love to hear more about the logic you use in your research. And...

Possibly related cases (GB4, Manorville, Bittrolff victims, & others)

SIMILARITIES BETWEEN GB4 & AC4 KILLINGS: (Hope this isn't a 2nd post. Computer crashed) After looking at the data I've been able to find thus far, I wanted to post the profile of both burial sites & the victims of the SK (s?) in a more coherent manner than my previous posts. Some of the...

ATLANTIC CITY SK: possible link to LISK and GB4?

I posted a long note about the use of "wrapping carefully in burlap" of the GB4 victims, and the possible religious connotation of this. With the AC4 victims, they were buried (faces were east...not their bodies) giving "directions" again (FBI profiler said same thing) to his home. (I think...

    Geographic Profiling

Margarita25, Can you describe how to indicate on a map the exact line of a specific direction from Gilgo Beach 4 Site? I'm trying to intersect "Straight East" from AC4 site with 125 degress ESE from the GB4 victims' site. I know how to find the coordinates, and also found intersections on...

    Psychological Markers

I'm very tired, having stayed up most of the night. I'm having difficulty posting this with quotes, and it's so easy! Sorry: here goes again: Very good. However, the bodies of the AC4 weren't faced to the east. Only their faces were. Even the Florida FBI profiler suggested this as a clue...

    Geographic Profiling

I posted this in GB4 section, because it still pertains to it...and to AC4 site. I realize that I'm not profiling geographically according to the strict definition of the term & how it's done, but here goes nothin! I was a little nervous suggesting what I still believe about LISK leaving clues...

    Gilgo Beach 4 Only (GB4)

I was a little nervous suggesting what I still believe about LISK leaving clues to direction of his business, home, or killing site. Then last night, the FBI Profiler from Florida commented on the AC4 & suggested their faces being pointed East might suggest "the direction to his home". This...

TKS S1 Ep 3: "Danse Macabre"

I do, too. I was merely commenting on the science of Hypothermia. Brendt is correct on that point. I also believe she was chased. Not too many people hallucinating on LSD these days. (That was not a joke). I've only seen Meth, Cocaine, and similar addicts these days. Heroine has made a huge...

TKS S1 Ep 3: "Danse Macabre"

Peter Brendt is describing exactly what happens with hypothermia. The victims DO start taking their clothes off. They feel hot, rather than cold. Also, drug withdrawal will cause the body to heat up.

TKS S1 Ep 3: "Danse Macabre"

He's right! There's no way she would have "run in to the marsh and got lost" unless someone was at least chasing her. She can SEE the water from almost anywhere until getting in to the reeds. To go in to the reeds, she was very likely been chased.

Hackett was lying about the defibrillation. THey occur when the heart rate slows too far...NOT when he's under stress. I'm a retired doctor, too.

    Psychological Markers

Well said Margarita25! And YES! We get another 2 episodes tonight. I love that! Hats off to Josh, Rachel, & the producers for doing that. One of the things doctors & detectives must be watchful for, as pertaining to psychiatry/psychology in order to make our diagnoses, is to not "Project"...

A&E The Killing Season Episodes 1 and 2

Please understand. I'm only posting my personal feelings, and I don't intend arguing or looking down on ANY leads or conversations on who the monsters might be who murder their victims & often torture and desecrate them in order to get "sexual arousal" or "sexual release". I have some...
