His walk into the horse shoe clearly shows he was dawdling and lingering/waiting for someone

I think he walked into the horse shoe to wait for a pick up/sex date and they walked out of there together to a place in BSE and he ended up being a victim... likely ended up being chopped up and disposed of in drains etc

Isn't it awful that the crowd funding page won't allow £1.99 donations.... the minimum donation is £2...... I was always taught that every penny makes a pound....

Noticed for first time that on the website there is a photo of Corrie with his mum in a restaurant. On his pinky finger on his right hand he has what appears to be a gold ring.

I dont think that the Claudia Lawrence case nor the handling of it by the authorities is exactly a great success story either!! There appears to be far more Inspector Clouseuas in the UK instead of decent detectives!..... The number of murder cases in the UK that remain unsolved is horrendous!

Interesting that in the Scottish Sun today Nicola states that she believes Corrie is still alive

I don't think he was jogging.... he appeared to trip. Nor do I think he was going to pee.... if I'm going to have a pee in the street corner on a night out I'm already taking my zip down in preparation for the event but he had his hands in his pockets

I guess it's easy prey really..... normally secretive behaviour at odd times of the day

Corrie may not even be gay like his family claim but he may have used grndr to his advantage i.e. to get a lift home.... the person he had arranged to meet stops car and tries to get down to business and Corrie tells him he isn't into that so the guy becomes angry/feels used and lashes out

The theory posted by Wlm17 sounds the most realistic so far. Guys who are horny are not worried if they have eaten a greasy takeaway or ten cloves of garlic... they are looking to get their rocks off end of!.... the apps that Wlm17 mentioned are not dating apps as such where you are arranging to...

I don't think they even need to find blood or clothing in order to change it to a suspected murder inquiry... look at the Claudia Lawrence case... no blood no clothing no body Nothing! But it is a murder inquiry.

Police must be very sure that Corrie left by 8am otherwise the cctv after then would have been checked by now

True and the longer he is missing the greater possibility is we may never know.... like the Claudia Lawrence's of this world the public will get bored and the family will be left bereft of any real answers. It must be agonising!

He was a sociable young man by all accounts so no I don't believe getting separated from his mates is strange behaviour at all. Being gay, heterosexual, bisexual or transsexual is not a reason for murder!

His mum NEVER said that he always went home alone! She DID say he regularly left his mates and separated from them

I think because of the Facebook page the waters are being muddied and the police should come out and make the facts very clear to everyone including what has been investigated and what has been ruled out.

There was also this hooded person who was seen leaving bin area 4 minutes after Corrie arrived there.... did he render Corrie unconscious, hide him then go get a vehicle to remove him?

Ok another speculation ( not sure if this has been discussed before) opportunist perpretator: recall the young woman in Northampton where guy befriended her outside nightclub and then got her in taxi home to his place and murdered her? So.... someone comes across Corrie in the doorway they can...
