I thought the Axiom program related to L's cell phone. Did I miss the part where it also relates to the geofence?

I never thought about the spit being on the sticks. I wonder if that's what prompted LE to go back later and recover them? No wonder there's no chain of custody. BM also talks about the bullet later in the video. CourtTV Barbara MacDonald @ 11:51 mm Sticks were not collected as evidence until...

I don't know about that but this is listed in the D motion to compel: a. On November 4, 2019, the State of Indiana sent a geofence warrant to Google requesting activity from any device in a specified distance and within a specified time of the area in which the bodies of A.W. and L.G. were...

I need examples. So, if any of the witnesses for the prosecution lied about a legal issue and then admitted to it, would that fall under B-G?

I'm trying to limit myself to just one person but then I decided to make it plural. The B-G violation thing needs a bit more definition before I fully decide how many names I'm interested in.

If the P has as solid of a case as he says he does, then IMO someone gave him some bad advice on the Brady-Giglio and the confessions. I would have told him to sit back, relax a bit and let the Ds shoot themselves in their clown feet with their crazy Odinist theory. Additionally, 25 +/-...

@zh0r4 Here are 2 links to the Indiana rules for discovery. One is for easier reading but they both contain the same info. What people seem to be overlooking is the first discovery deadline which is the following, which the P obviously didn't meet: (B) Disclosures by the State(1) The state...

I follow the Innocence Project and Solitary Watch. The articles that come out of there on the harm that comes from solitary confinement are beyond words. It's just so hard for me to justify what they have done to Richard Allen in the name of keeping him safe.

I'll be equally curious to see how the P's discrediting of Todd Click goes over with the jury. Will they see it as them eating one of their own or exposing rot on the inside?

Depends on the jury. I think many people will agree that no one in their right mind would do that. Then the D can throw in opinions on how damaging solitary confinement is and how they could have transferred him to a facility that agreed to take him. Add in his Constitutional rights...

Actually, Ron Wilkins a good and fair reporter. IMO, it's pretty impressive that IndyStar ran his article. Sometimes reporters make mistakes. They count on their editors to catch any that slip by. He apparently made one, caught it and fixed it.

I see: "Motion denied without a hearing!" OR maybe she will finally have a hearing and deny them all in one fell swoop.

I'll help you. This order (below) is for the PCA for the arrest. There are 2 versions as you can see where I highlighted. Both versions are available on the net; the unredacted one is in MSM. When the PCA was redacted, it was also messed with a bit. Whoever did it changed the times from...

He bonded out - $250.00 cash. He's only charged with a criminal misdemeanor. The P can up the charges if they so desire but there is no request on the record to do so.

Thank you. He began with where BB's car was seen on the HH cam and then worked backward to place the group of 4 girls on the bridge over highway 25. That part seems solid. His estimation of RA passing the cam and parking is reasonable. IMO Beyond that, I'll take his word that he made assumptions.

I don't give GH any views so I didn't watch his video. There's a timeframe that I've been interested in; do you recall seeing any of these on his video? If so, I'll bite the bullet and to watch it. 1. I'm curious what time the girls claimed to have seen RA and their location. 2. I want a...
