I agree and it's rare to link a stranger so quickly surely maybe GB had dashcam or a way to lead straight to him number plate maybe .... just voicing some maybes and seeing if anything sticks lol
I don't believe his plan was for harm at this point either I think he loitered to get up to his normal behaviour maybe more contact this time type thing but something happened and his next few decisions where horrific for Libby, why he went down that route I cannot fathom
Well put and so many innocent people are tested and cleared from a case we will never hear about saving resources from other ways to clear them, if I ever found myself wrongly suspected of a crime I'd hope there was forensic evidence at the scene ...... I simple way to clear your name.
I thought so too, but I've seen today the timing of PR arriving and somehow hadn't realised before today the timings make overlap possible so was thinking PR and his loitering ways may have alerted GB to her rather than GB drawing PR attention as such .... a gent would worry a lady being hassled...
Me too but as I wasn't sure I waited to see if anyone knew, I am sure it was discussed recently what drew GB attention to the Bench are for him to notice Libby or vice versa, I therefore thought she was at bench. Happy to be educated if Im mixed up
Just a thought and would love your thoughts on it but could the loitering PR have been what alerted GB to Libby in the first place as ive seen it discussed why he felt compelled to stop and ask and even how he noticed her as bench wasn't the most obvious at a glance. I'm sure a concerned...
Yes but he is pleading innocent and if found innocent he wouldn't have to serve a single day ..... Sorry for the obvious.
And in my opinion it does raise the question on what he had to lose by at least applying but only he knows why he did. Whatever his reasons he still chose his path.
That's the second time I've been asked that today and I am happy to answer any questions. However in answer nope I've never even been inside a police station or court room for any reason what so ever no law experience
Thank you you have been more eloquent than I, and I didn't want to come across as pedantic or arguing opinions and who's is better, I am not that way inclined but I was trying to explain I wasnt stating that part as an opinion or to mislead I was just saying legal facts of why he is there. The...
As I've said regardless of my own opinion in the matter there is no other way for me to word it he made his choice I said that choice is the law the judge couldn't have bailed him and sent him on his way the law wouldn't allow it, so sorry if you feel mislead as I said it was not my intention...
home to his young wife and very young children would be most innocent men's first choice, and I'm sure he would have been allocated accommodation, as he is not to blame for his house being sealed, the point I was making is by law have the choice to apply or not he chose not, and while everyone...
Sorry who should I have quoted?
And by the definition of choosing to accept his solicitors advice in your case scenario it is obviously a choice,
People have very little chance of winning the lottery however they still buy a ticket, his solicitor is instructed by only him the police wouldn't...
In fairness I understand and accept your way of viewing it, however I am going to stick to my view on matters, he may have been advised by solicitors etc and we can say the advice was to not apply but i can beg to differ, he could have told him to apply but thats not out for us public to know...
Sorry I meant it in reference to him not any victim if we use ifs and buts we see the good or the bad in the world as such, he will get his share of the justice never let doubts stop the it's and buts and accept the gift of memories and a chance to enjot a sunrise. Nwe can't change choices made...
There should only be one person who when questions choices they made is left with the guilty conscious ... we need to accept the injustices have happened and justify the innocent and exclude the guilty from society for the greater good, learn from each other our differences and similarities.our...
