Saw this article in the Philadelphia Inquirer today. Reward in Joy's case has been increased.
The reward in a 30-year-old Bucks County cold-case murder was increased to $50,000
Agreed. It had seemed to me that the Stislicki family has a decent relationship with a few reporters who were dedicated to telling Dani's story. I was hoping someone might stay on top of it and share updates. I am sure there will be more coverage when the trial actually starts.
So sad that she has not been found. I have followed so many of these cases, but for some reason Dani's sticks out to me more than most others. Hopefully the trial will give us some answers.
This case reminds me of the Jenna Burleigh case. She left a bar in Philadelphia with a man, went back to his place, and he ended up killing her. LE found her body a few days later in a different part of the state. The trial just wrapped up this month. Praying Olivia did not run into the same...
I've always thought someone involved in the case (PF or maybe KK or someone he solicited) can be seen on the video and that's why it hasn't been shown. MOO
I think I remember someone saying Gooding, ID was very desolate and just like a rest stop area on the side of the interstate. Is it possible she turned the phone on there to kind of throw off the investigation, turned it back off, and dumped it in a trashcan? With the time that lapsed between...
I don’t think we should give too much weight to the brother’s statement that nothing seemed out of place or missing in her house. I live about 1.5 hours from my closest family member and can bet none of them would be able to tell you what is or is not missing from my home, save for something...
Agreed. Regular visitor =/= every day. There are plenty of places I frequent each week or month and know the workers/owners and would consider myself a regular, even though I am not stopping in each day. Not sure why this is such an issue. Either way, it has nothing to do with what happened IMO.
This article was posted in the local Tamaqua news at the end of November. It has a good summary of the information and an interview with Jesse's mother.
Three years later, Tamaqua police hope for break in missing-person case
I agree. I've never believed the trip to pick up the baby was planned. Maybe on PF's end, but I've had a hunch that he snuck up on KB and surprised her with the visit.
