Was that their daughter standing next to her? Whoever she was, she struggled to keep her composure. I am so hoping for a good outcome here, but Im losing faith.

It seems that the facility was searched for 3 hours before the family was notified.

You're right... it's really not that far away. Crossing Cedar Crest Blvd couldn't have been easy, but she didn't have far to go on Kressler.

Thank you, hippononymous [emoji174]. My gut told me it was her. I pray her family has some closure, it what an awful situation.

I would've thought it would've been difficult for her too, but something similar happened with my grandmother a few months ago. She wandered off the front porch of a home the next town over with her walker and went at least 12 blocks. We're still scratching our heads about how she made it that...
Oh, no... That wouldn't be that far of a walk at all. I hope it's not her, but at the same time pray for answers for her family.

I thought the same thing. I also wonder about his statement that "people were after him": was it paranoia, or was it that he was afraid he'd be forced to move? This is definitely an odd (and worrisome) situation.

The same thing happened with my grandmother last month---ironically, in the same area. She had dementia and wandered off the porch of the home without anyone seeing her. I hope Ms. Penn is found safe soon!
