I definitely agree that an accident is by far the most likely scenario but there is always that slight chance that she was unlucky enough to meet a creep. The police focus on the river is the most sensible use of resources and hopefully she will be found as they keep expanding the search area...

Why is there no media coverage? Look at the media coverage for Nicola Bulley. It’s been front page news for a week. Why do some cases seem less important? Is it dependant on the family driving the story?

That’s actually what frightened me. I thought it was so strange that this lady was being looked for. I wasn’t thinking that the police were asking for more people who were out that day to come forward. I can see now- with everyone’s responses to me- that I have jumped to scary ideas.

Yes but that was said to be an older man and he apparently came forward already. It’s odd that everyone there at the time wouldn’t come forward anyway. Just to be helpful.

There are two other people in that photo which the police have just released. I wonder if the photo is from dashcam. It doesn’t mean that this photo was taken at the time of disappearance but it could have been. It might have been a much busier dog walking route than I’d imagined from Facebook...

Now this latest police appeal make this disappearance seem much more sinister. There was another dog Walker in the area and she has not come forward? This is now scary.
