Yes, but they didn't have to make themselves look like wallys in the process. IMO, I think they don't have a blessed thing, and it was just a PR exercise.
Sorry, grumpy old Fox today!
Did Crimewatch seriously think that making an appeal would make the perp hold his hand up? It's certainly rendered me speachless...surely they could not be so naive?
I don't know whether I have posted on this subject before, but David Bieber, who killed PC Ian Broadhurst in Leeds, 26th Dec. 2003, used homemade bullets. Indeed the police uncovered a cache of many hundred in his home. He had also entered the UK illegally via Ramsgate 26th September 1996. I am...
I agree. Is there any indication that this man might reoffend after his release? Because that is one of the criteria used when deciding a sentence. A full life term would put him on a footing with Peter Tobin, Rosemary West et al.
I was originally pointing out that this case [No pun intended] was not one for one of the internet paedophile hunting groups. However, I had a look at the facts re. the UK and homosexuality.

Yes and yes and yes.
ABSOLUTELY
Sorry for shouting...got carried away, but I'm having difficulties even doing this bit for Chillenden. It should be the first thing.
The press are your first best friends on this one, but having just read James Frazer's book [Eminent forensic scientist guy] his...
I'm going to track down Fraser's book a.s.a.p., maybe Russells, but I'm not too sure about relatives ability to keep a clear head...might read it, but I think it will have a whole load of opinions and reminiscences which will bulk the book out. Besides, it's a little unseemly to me that he...
One thing has always puzzled me...this does not appear to be a sexually motivated crime. The assault of three females for financial gain? Very, very odd.
I had a good look at Nooketts Wood to Rowling Court on Google. It's single track roads all the way, and it looks like the suspect was heading back to the Sandwich Road, going north. I'm truly puzzled why the towels were hidden so near the crime. Why weren't they spirited away with the beige car...
