The guy in plain clothes (brown shirt, jeans) wasn't earlier (he is now), he was touching the white wall with no gloves. I wonder if it's evidence such as dumped bag or clothes, or surveillance that he dumped something there.
An erected tent though suggests something gruesome
I wonder if this happened and he accidentally hit her when he came back. Just speculation, not fact to back up. And in a panic just fled, like you see in alot of hit and runs
sadly in these situations, nothing can really be done without the domestic violence victim actively reporting it. How many instances do we see of victims visibly abused yet go back and the police cannot do anything. The best option they had was separating them to cool off. Their hands were tied...
This doesnt make sense, the return of the vehicle is what started her families suspicion. It would have been better to pretend they were still travelling, when really he took the van to Mexico alone, where he could live in and survive with very little funds. Why bring the van back to Florida? He...
Has anyone thought he did what she thought he would do and just abandoned her? Drove off and didnt look back. And then something happened and she died as a result. Would this still be manslaughter?
I only ask as it was such a weird thing for her to accuse him of doing in the recorded police...
But you do not know what story they were told, also their experience of Gabby and her parents relationship. For all we know maybe he told them Gabby didnt want her parents to know where she was as the relationship was strained.
Or the officers need water
They may be cooperating so no need, they may have called the FBI there. or they are separated in the house and just taken to the car whilst they set up tables etc.
Totally possible, anything is. I saw another theory that she was being held for ransom because of drug muling or something gone wrong and he tried to go and get the money from his parents and she was killed. I find your theory way more plausible than this, but we do not even know cause of death...
Thanks for the clarification, but it was just an example of money transfer service they could use, also dont need to transfer money anonymously, not a crime to wire someone money if not aware of a crime. Regardless, money alone is not a valid reason for him to return to Florida (if he did)...
hmmm, this day and age that can be transferred anonymously and easily through western union or the like, passport is only needed to return to the usa and he had a van to live in, why did he not go directly there before the parents were suspicious. Its odd that he didn't, yet on the run allegedly now
i do no believe the house was searched as such, the parents were only taken out and sat in the car for 5 mins - per Fox reporting. It seems the FBI were setting something up and then bought the parents back inside. I wonder if the parents contacted them and let them know BL was in contact
My opinion, they know parents are in contact with him, setting up communications/trackers, getting parents to contact him and get an idea of location. Parents were not arrested, just taken out of the house whilst it was searched, equipment set up, as parents are now back in the house, to...
I wouldn't trust daily mail regarding parent arrest. They are famous for jumping to conclusions and clickbait titles over fact checking. I would wait for second source
Also does anyone know the FBI division/department that wear yellow hats. Never seen that before. For example, negotiation, communications, forensics? Might indicate stage of investigation in relation to BL
