All she cared about was where she is going to be sent. Incredible....
This Judge has toiled over this case, it is apparent. I know he spoke with Jurors about counseling - but I hope he has an outlet as well.
Never had a doubt.
I thought the prosecution did a great job of setting up the stage of LS being crazy and twisted, but completely sane and calculated to what she was doing.
As much legal justice as we can get just happened. Now, I hope for some help on additional justice inside those walls :)
In classic Michael Scott fashion...
Can someone please explain what all of this means about the roommate like I'm five? I am so confused on what is happening/could happen.
Been quietly just observing after posting a lot the first couple of days.
I think the state has done a good job showing and proving that LS is mentally capable of decision making and knew exactly what she was doing and has done.
I also believe that some of her actions in court are all a ploy...
I understand the objection and why they were pushing hard for it. This is going to be the first move by the prosecution to show what a b**** LS is that leads to her not being insane - just manipulative. Since the first go at is being allowed, the prosecution now has a lane to prove she is not...
Is it weird that I understand the viewpoint from both sides, here?
This is going to be an interesting segment when they come back. They need to be careful coaching Al here. This could be the first big moment in the insanity piece.
I'm interested to see how the Prosecution navigates the start. Do they immediately go after the events that happened or start proving that LS is mindfully aware of everything she did in the lead up.
Reflecting on it yesterday, while I think it was poor and the little walk out stunt was stupid - I could see this as a case this lawyer is having a difficult time navigating. JMO
