Wasn't it to do with if the Defence were going to use a mental health issue in the trial, they had 60 days to notify the Judge? I'm probably wrong, but for some reason, that sprang to mind when reading your post.

That's my line of thinking too. LE don't have a 'key' person in this case to interview (AC), whether he played as significant a roll as he might have (that CD and LV may try and use in their own defence). The Prosecution needs as much phone data as they can squeeze out of those mobiles...

As yet, nobody knows what time LV left for the school/whether she was there when the shooting took place (if she participated?) etc. My own opinion is that she was there when it all kicked off and left AC to clean around and 'set the scene' for when LE came. Roll on when the phone pings are...

When I watching Prior questioning MG about her feelings towards Tylee, it felt (to me) like he was trying to subtly link her to LVD's involvement in TR's demise. There were a few times he questioned her on her feelings towards both children.

I think the scribbling that can be heard was actually Rob Wood (and more than likely Prior too) - I rewatched that again earlier and could see he (RW) was making notes during the playback of MG's recording. At one point when the camera was directly on RW, the scribbling noise coincided with him...

I love how the court documents put her 'married name' in brackets - like an afterthought or a 'maybe, just maybe she isn't legally....'
