There are a lot of possible reasons, but the one that most people seem to come back to is that the POI needed to get back to the Mosaic but obviously didn't want to be seen in Jennifer's car so picked a location that wasn't in the Mosaic but was close enough to walk back from. The scent dog...

Amy Bradley, 23, Disappeared from cruise ship en route to Curaçao, 24 March 1998 #4

Count me in the she didn't fall overboard camp as well. I've never seen anything compelling enough to convince me that anything happened other than Yellow killed her and disposed of the body.

Amy Bradley, 23, Disappeared from cruise ship en route to Curaçao, 24 March 1998 #4

Thanks for reopening the thread. I stopped following this one a long time ago and filed it next to Ocasio and Farthing in my "pretty darn sure whodunnit" folder. Is there any new evidence that has come to light that might convince me not to go with the "it was Yellow and he somehow got rid of...

    GUILTY AL - J.B. Beasley & Tracie Hawlett, both 17, murdered, Ozark, 31 July 1999 *ARREST in 2019* #5

Thanks, that makes sense. He isn't the first family member to be led astray or to believe in an unlikely conspiracy story. Sometimes that is easier to take than the (likely) reality. Kind of similar to Johnny Gosch's mom. Didn't she believe for years (maybe she still does) that he was sold...

Is he an educated man? Just curious given what he/we now know given the DNA evidence that has come out. I'd love to hear an alternate theory that is stronger than the DNA evidence.

Mexico Mexico - Rebecca Coriam, 24, Disney Cruise Employee, Coast of Mexico, 22 March 2011

She mentions a lot of other people in her account ("it took four of us", etc.). I wonder if any of those people will come forward and corroborate her story.

KY KY - Brookelyn Farthing, 18, Berea, 22 Jun 2013

IMHO, your earlier post is as accurate a summary of Brooke's case as you will find anywhere. This is one of those tragic ones that is relatively straightforward (e.g. Tracy Ocasio) which almost makes it more maddening than some of the more convoluted ones (e.g. Jennifer Kesse or Maura Murray)...

Identified! DC - Washington, WhtFem UP58874, 15-30, jumped off bldg at GWU, Jul'19 - Meghan Godfrey

I can't speak to motive, but I can fill in some of the gaps on this one. The decedent jumped from the third floor interior atrium walkway down into the Bertucci's restaurant dining floor in The Shops At 2000 Penn (20th and Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington, DC). That particular level of...

    NH NH - Maura Murray, 21, Haverhill, 9 Feb 2004 - #14

I didn't suspect that in the beginning, but does it strike anyone else as odd how it hasn't ended? Unconcluded had a season on JK. It ended. In the Dark had a season on JEW. It ended. The MMM podcast just keeps going and going and going despite the fact that nothing really new has come out...

    AL AL - J.B. Beasley, 17, & Tracie Hawlett, 17, Ozark, 31 July 1999 #4 *ARREST*

Yeah, this all sounds way more likely than him raping her and killing them both. I can't wait to read the whole thing. ;)

Has the ping map ever been made public or is LE still the only entity with access to that information? Most of the part I am stuck on with this case centers around the data that is (or isn't) contained in the ping map.

A couple of the accounts I read on this stated that this process may take years. Hopefully not, but given our legal system it wouldn't surprise me.

I am stealing a page from fr brown's book and hopefully not getting myself in trouble with my first post. :) I am taking a fresh look at this case after putting it down several years ago and working on a couple others. If all discussion threads are closed here has discussion shifted elsewhere...
