Looks like mods removed it because the Daily Mail removed their version?

I wonder if what they’re actually investigating is his version of events. Perhaps he explained his reason for placing her in the car (if indeed he did) was because he’d accidentally hit her. Maybe what they’re doing is gathering evidence to rule out his excuse? This would presume he’s...

Perhaps he’d told his wife he was off to work that evening and decided that London was a safer bet / more anonymity. If we’re thinking he finished his shift at 7am, maybe he drove home, caught up on some sleep, then left for ‘work’ late afternoon. Realistically he couldn’t hang around his...

For a moment I thought you meant you were in the middle of cooking dinner when they took it away!!! :D Do the officers in the van just sit in there in shifts on rotation throughout the day and night guarding the house now?

I might have missed this before, but it’s the first time I’ve seen a photo of the motorbike being taken away. It looks as spotlessly clean as the Seat!

Just catching up on the thread/s now! Thanks all for the great insights and updates today. WC looks different again in the court sketches from today. I’m intrigued by his demeanour. Like others have said, I’m inclined to think the rocking motion and eyes closed are self-soothing mechanisms. I...

@Lottiedealite I’ve been offline most of today .. I’m just catching up and wanted to thank you so much for taking a look! My local car wash is also closed at the moment (I think they have to be due to Covid) so that explains why it’s shut. Thanks so much for checking this out. Really...

That’s such an interesting comparison. There are a fair few similarities between these cases for me. But I hadn’t thought about PRs wife not being taken away for questioning. I think perhaps the accuseds wife in this case provided an alibi at the request of her partner (JMO), whereas PRs wife...

No. He gets the same presumption of innocence as everybody accused of a crime in the UK. And the rules are as per TOS of this site and were specifically reiterated by the mods today to prevent the thread getting shut down.

We are no longer to refer to him by name or initials, as I understand it. Simply ‘the accused’.

The commentary refers to the clothes as ‘a blouse’ I can’t believe the police would throw them to one side in front of the filming press. These would go straight into an evidence bag if they were significant. I’m going to say they’re not relevant.

I’m not sure the accused in this case is particularly smart or cunning. If it transpires there are additional, serious crimes committed by the same man historically he must have been much more careful and diligent on those occasions so as not to get caught, and made a significant list of slip...

Yep. Boot is the English translation of trunk. We don’t use the word trunk here as that would imply a furniture chest of some sort or a case!

I’m not sure what they’re classing as their ‘sources’ but it suggests CCTV led them to Sandwich Separate KentLive sources suggest CCTV footage has sparked the sudden decending on this particular part of Kent. Divers arrive as Sarah Everard search continues in several locations - live

I’d understand that on ANPR. But are council car park cameras savvy enough tech wise to automatically scan plates? Surely they can’t have had somebody sitting there manually scrolling through days of footage in case they see him? If the number plate recognition was automatic .. how has it taken...

I was envisaging one of those small, plastic supermarket shelters. Thanks for sharing this pic. Much bigger than I was expecting.
