Curious question that I've often wondered but never really dug into... does a defense attorney generally know whether their client is actually guilty of the crime they are charged of? Or how does that work? I cannot imagine having motivation to build a defense case on someone I knew was guilty...

Watching the new body cam video makes me so sad and I just think of how hard that must be on her family to see. There is so much irony in that video and I feel for everyone involved. I just kept saying to myself "I'm sorry Gabby".
