Asphyxia including suffocation doesn’t explain if there are ligature marks of any kind, bruising patterns, or any other bodily damage that might include defence markings etc. Anyone know anything?

I don’t see a threat coming from this woman, but it’s a possibility. I believe she was more about anti-drug rhetoric than hunting down dealers. It’s also just after Juneteenth celebrations and she was a big figure in the organising there. It could be a racist motive. Any ID on the anonymous...
