I wonder if they were pulled over twice on purpose because the police were tracking him. Maybe trying to get DNA or other evidence.

I agree. Not sure if you are familiar with the Kenneth Saal case in NJ. He murdered a woman, Carolyn Byington, in my development and the police were able to track his cellphone data showing he was in the development. That along with His DNA helped to put him behind bars.

Yes, I know people can be born with a deviated septum that’s why I said it was speculation. However, with his previous drug use, it may not be that far off base.

Sheer speculation, but from the photos it definitely looks as though he has a deviated septum. Could be from snorting something.

She has moved on.

I feel sick after reading this. I live a couple buildings away from where Carolyn lived and followed this case closely. My heart hurts for Carolyn’s family.

Update: According to the last sentence in this article Saal is expected to return to court at the end of April. Plainsboro ordinance tightens protection for domestic violence victims

This case was due for a status conference on September 2nd. I wonder what is going on. I haven’t found any updates. Justice for Carolyn.

I am local and there has been no new updates that I am aware of. I do know many of the courts are using Zoom, not sure why we have heard anything.

I was thinking of Carolyn today and I realized it’s been over a year since she was brutally murdered. I hope we hear something in the not too distant future as to whether Saal took the plea deal or not.
