Gee whiz! MY BAD! I did think he had died a couple of years ago. I should have checked that out first.
Since he IS alive, I wonder what his response to that would be.
I think the most outrageous thing I have heard today came from LKB (no surprise).
She actually had the audacity to call Jose Baez "a young F. Lee Bailey"!
I can hear Bailey screaming from the grave, "I OBJECT!"
I think she has pretty much had everything that was possible "done". Guess she never heard the adage about not being able to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.
As you may have noticed, Jeff Ashton is prone to coughing. I think that is why he takes frequent sips of water. I have the same issue, and when I am teaching and have a lot of speaking to do, I always have a bottle of water handy. It helps assuage the coughing.
Good morning, everybody! Hoping one of you can help me out .... There have been so many links to really good videos about the different players in this trial. The other day someone posted one about Judge Perry and it was great! I "sent" the link to a friend who lives in Orlando and is a big fan...

If Closing Arguments are supposed to only be based on evidence, how is it that Jose Baez got away with all of that stuff about George and the swimming pool? There was absolutely no evidence of that.
Maybe CM was only going to speak if Jose ("the lead attorney") got into deep water and had to be rescued. Since he has been able to drone on ad infinitum ad nauseum, I guess they are just going to let him take it across the goal line.
Oh No! You didn't use the "E" word, did you? Jose said that was a no no!
I guess what he is doing now is cold hard fact, undrescored by his professorial, totally unemotional tone of voice.
