I think the most outrageous thing I have heard today came from LKB (no surprise). She actually had the audacity to call Jose Baez "a young F. Lee Bailey"! I can hear Bailey screaming from the grave, "I OBJECT!"

I think it has something to do with those bad checks she was writing all over town.

I think she has pretty much had everything that was possible "done". Guess she never heard the adage about not being able to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

As you may have noticed, Jeff Ashton is prone to coughing. I think that is why he takes frequent sips of water. I have the same issue, and when I am teaching and have a lot of speaking to do, I always have a bottle of water handy. It helps assuage the coughing.

I don't think it's fair that the Prosecution has to finish when the Jurors are probably starving to death. They have a good bit of their 4 hour time left, and I think it puts them in a position of having to cut it short.
