They have all been identified as found in beds.

Precursor meaning that the killer when he was 13 was skinning dogs and then upgraded to peeping tom or intrusion at age 18 before trying out murder. You don't skin a dog and upgrade to murder in a few weeks. Serial killers know right from wrong. They're not insane. They're unstable. Two...

This is the part I wondered about their phones. Did the killer take their phones or move them so that they couldn't try to get to their phones to call for help?

Arson, not head injuries. But it's arguable they don't all fit that perfect triangle. Dahmer did animal torture, I don't think they ever had him down for arson. It's an outdated theory that I doubt has any substantial clinical truth. Plenty of arsonists never torture animals.

Once there is an arrest? Not likely. Maybe info about the perp but not "what happened." If the Delphi Murders case is any indication, they'll keep it all sealed until trial. People would learn details in the court room.

    All victims were in beds.

This. It's extremely simple. Buy time. Create difficulty accessing the bodies. Distract from it looking like an outright homicide.

I have lived in an exact scenario that you have described. I shared a room with other students for a summer once and barely knew the other people there. It was a large house with different levels. I never even went up to the third floor the whole time I was staying there. If someone was dead up...

Once again, it has nothing to do with trying to paint a sinister portrait. It's trying to understand the scene and the behaviors and why the behaviors occurred and what it might suggest. I think the person who said locked doors is right on the money. And you're not allowed to speculate on other...

It is weird, but it's not a "dark scenario" claim like this other person says. It's an observation that seeks an explanation. People in these threads sometimes seem like they're looking to argue more than understand where some people are coming from. You have inexplicable actions from...

There have been those statements that the killer "left a mess" but it was clearly within the rooms and not throughout the house, otherwise Surviving Roommates likely would have reported a robbery/breakin from the outset. And it's still unclear what is meant by mess. The victims and gore or the...

If they were all stabbed while asleep, bed absorbs most. Possibly killer tried to stand behind them when he did it, or away from any blood spray. Also, if they had blankets up over most of their bodies, I would think stabbing through a blanket would result in the blanket absorbing the majority...

Yeah. I'm starting to get this feeling too. Here's the Zillow listing. Note several of the shots of the door handles to rooms. I think the fourth to last image at the bottom is the best look. Whoever did this could have locked the bodies in the rooms. Surviving Roommates wake up, go to...

@Warwick7 I watched through the video but I don't actually hear where they explicitly say they were the ones in the house. What was the timestamp where that's said? All I hear them saying is that the siblings were the ones who told the parents about Ethan.

I've said this before numerous times in here. I subscribe to this theory that they came from the back wooded area and the road behind. Police were seen in a news video squatting in the back wooded tree line and looking toward the house. They've roped off the perimeter with caution tape and it...

My mind just melted. That would explain the roommates' behavior! And also why police don't want to mention 911 caller. If it's a lookalike sibling...

Same thought. Of course they were targeted. They were the only home on the block to experience this. That doesn't mean there won't be another targeted house in the future in the region. The question is how far away and how soon. If there is a lot of time and distance, it will be hard to...

LE has said at least one of them found one body per the whole "unresponsive and called friends" statements. What they have not done is outline an exact timeline of their actions or addressed how BOTH roommates came to be aware of the situation. So far they have only spoken about the one who...

Kaylee and Madison arrived home approximately 1:56. They were still at the food truck at 1:45. Police continue to name the wrong time that is verifiable by a video on the internet.
