I am just speculating, but I suspect there was a car accident or the car is in the water. She left a friend's home at 0345, she may have been tired and fallen asleep behind the wheel, or if she had been at a party, was possibly under the influence.- glittercheese

I don't know if in this case CPS was previously involved before the baby disappeared, but I believe it's SOP for CPS to become involved whenever a child is reported missing. I remember this happened also in the Isabel Celis case.- glittercheese
