Errr, Clapham Common is a well known spot for Gay cruising, indecent exposure and other encounters. I too live very nearby and I have seen it myself so yes, they could 'get it done in that regard'

For those asking about Ambulances I was up there 40 minutes ago and there was at least one ambulance parked up round the corner, set back from the scene.

Having walked it I would suggest yes - but further back than New Park Road. The junction at NPR has CCTV and a Tesco Express which would have been open so wouldnt make sense for it to happen there. If it was on NPR it would have been picked up on CCTV I am pretty certain - most of the shops...

I walked the route at lunchtime and there is CCTV all over New Park Road and the junctions. You also have Brixton Prison just down from it on Brixton Hill which for obvious reasons is covered in CCTV. They must know more than has been given IMO

That is not Hazelbourne - It is Balham Hill and the car is parked up directly next to takeaways that would have been open - I would suggest it is that rather than anything nefarious
