I understand going to trial and making sure you have an air tight case, however, naming Brian a suspect in this case from the start should have been done! He had her van for Christ's sake, IN FLORIDA!
A suspect wouldn't have gotten away so easily, he may have killed himself at home but at least...
How can the NPPD say that it didn't have a big impact?
How long was it before they realized they were mistaking Brian for his mother?
I am not buying it.
Because if this is the case, Brian was already gone when they installed cameras, before Brian was named POI, and before the fraud charges.
This seems to me to be the reason it was so easy for Brian to escape!
I would at least like to know if they were restricted in any way by the Feds.
FBI wanted tips, but were they sharing tips with the local PD where Brian was missing?
Did they go over with them the information Chris gave to the FBI? I cnnot find where the Laundries have spoken with the NPPD at all.
I don't think it has anything to do with revenge myself, I think it is just a jurisdictional issue, happens everywhere. I would not think any properly trained investigator or officer likes it when the FBI steps in and takes control. My thing is, being so tight lipped in this case helped Brian...
That last line!!!!
After all that has come out this week, I firmly feel that the "ranking" of the people "in charge" failed Gabby justice by Not having charged Brian knowing IMO he strangled her.
They knew it all along, IMO they knew he left that house and by not acting, Brian was allowed to off...
I agree 100%
Both sides must be ready though.
They do have one thing in common, those kids spent the last 2 years together. They all have stories that the other will need to hear. Small things make a difference.
I love hearing stories about the child I lost, It's been almost 7 years for me and...
Clearly not a Monday-Friday lawyer either! Surely HE knew that a missing persons report would need to be made to NPPD immediately rather than contacting the FBI and waiting days before telling the parents to file the report. I still do not understand it.
SB could have called NPPD immediately...
I sincerely hope they reach out to Gabby's family. I agree that they will not go public. They lost a child, public perception doesn't matter and if they've known it in their hearts all along, public perception never did matter.
There is so much I want to say..
My heart goes out to Gabby's Mom
My heart goes out to Brian's Mom.
I lost a child too, this pain is everlasting, and undeserved.
I Thank God most people don't wear these shoes, or even think they can understand.
I may have agreed with you prior to the death of my child.
What these men have in common are that they have lost children.
I highly doubt "new product" has anything to do with it.
