I would normally agree with you, however, in my opinion, this isposturing by the defense team, giving KC the ooportunity to be seen "grieving" for Caylee. To "humanize" her. Nothing more, nothing less.
You left out how she got the tattoo so she could do "undercover" work during her "investigation" and no one would recognize her.
Some Guy: Hey KC! How's it going?
KC: I am not KC! Does KC have a tattoo like this??? Duh!!!
Just looked at the video for the first time... IMO, the thing was not just torn but SLICED, like with a knife... or cut with scissors. You don't just tear a hat and have it look like that.
Yeah... to me this is just further proof that she thinks she has a future... that is, she thinks she is going to get away with everything she has done.
I believe (hope?) that she has a rude awakening coming to her...
While I am appalled at the behavior of the protestors, I have to admit that I think the key to bringing this whole story to a head (i.e. Casey telling where Caylee is) is to make the A's as uncomfortable as possible. I believe that LE re-arresting Casey twice has been somewhat of an attempt to...
I only listened to the tapes one time but I discovered a discrepancy that LE has not mentioned yet. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
She said she had known ZG for almost 4 years but she also said that Jeffrey intoduced them when she was looking for a babysitter. Caylee was not even three...
Let's use a little inductive reasoning here...
CAs actions to this point (these are FACTS):
Initially (at least) lied to LE
Has spent all of her time since her initial arrest in jail or home confinement
Faces charges of child neglect and obstruction of LE Investigation...
I think your story has a lot of relevance to this. I have been focusing on this scenario:
--CA tells her parents that she killed Caylee because she was mad at them so it was their fault. Now she is going to go to jail and that is their fault also.
--Their response is not anger and disgust...
I would think that is true except that for a murder charge, the "event" would be Caylee's death, not just her going missing.
Regardless, this assumes that she gets her trial and is convicted before enough evidence is gathered to warrant a murder charge. I don't think that will happen. As soon...
