I don't think George would like under oath. After the fight maybe Casey locked herself and Caylee in her room. They left the next day just like George said. For all we know he may have not know of the fight the night before at the time they left.

When I heard this interview is when I lost all respect and sympathy for the family. It is one thing to want to believe Caylee is alive... and to believe your daughter is not a monster. BUT it is another thing to thorw others under the bus and try to blame them for your granddaughter's demise.
