Not gonna happen. IMO. Intentional or unintentional, she didn't mind leaving her body to rot in a ditch while she was out partying. She hasn't fessed up to what happened in more than 6 months. That shows guilt to me and not from an accident. Sorry, no pity here.

Since the FACTUAL contents of this note have not been released (and hopefully won't) there's nothing to do but speculate on this topic. Unless he stated something incriminating regarding Caylee's death or knowledge about the crime itself, IMO the note should remain private.

Yes I do. People judged her (as we have here, myself included) based on all of the information released via various media. Unfortunately, some people are crazy and inconsiderate. They made fools of themselves but also made the A's life more of a hell than it already was.
