Well I could care less about this Judge Eaton's comments. I usually don't even bother reading Wesh anyway (I too noticed their bias even prior to this). Now for sure I won't bother. I care about Chief Judge Belvin Perry and I am still a big fan of his! IMO

I was able to take away from Dr. Vass' testimony that his conclusions were based on his scientific background and experience applied to the data outcome from "already generally accepted" scientific procedures. I understood that the samples tested for compounds come from a given moment in time...

Sorry I can't answer your question. I too am confused. All I know is today the 8:30 time for a hearing tomorrow came and left. I want to believe the 9am scheduled time is still on...but I don't know.
