BBM....Happens everyday, all day, in every state in the union. You have a petitioner/victim make a accusation against the respondent/defendant, law enforcement takes defendant/accused into custody. Lawyer appointed if cant afford one, arraignment, trial, etc...

ITA...I have stated this before in another post....people do not cover up a crime by increasing/making the crime worse. The cover up always tries to reduce the severity of the crime. Why would anyone implicate themselves in a more sever crime and face more jail time/death penalty?.
