Discussions on Formal Sentencing Hearing - Jodi Arias #12

In the last mugshot, I actually covered up CMJA's eyebrows because they are so distracting. When you do that, you can really see the fear and defeat in her face.

    SIDEBAR #29- Arias/Alexander forum

I can't help but think that CMJA has to be FURIOUS over this ruling. She's lost her stage. She won't be all over HLN and some of the other stations. I think she was against it purely so when the judge ruled there could be cameras, she would have grounds for some sort of appeal. Now, no more...

    SIDEBAR #27- Arias/Alexander forum

As pretty much a 100% lurker here! I just wanted to thank you all for keeping these threads going. I've read over the last bunch of sidebars, so I'm pretty up to speed on the upcoming court stuff. I've missed you all, and I look forward to seeing CMJA finally see the end of her road in the...

a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #5

JA wants a mistrial so she can go back on the stand and talk about bumsecks for another 34 days.

Jodi Arias Murder Trial - the defense continues it's case in chief-*Weekend* #89

See, to me, his, um, wangdoodle looks like it is the refractory phase. Still flush with blood from, well, you know, but not at attention. There's really no delicate way to put it. Bu it doesn't look like nothing had happened just before it.

    George has Casey's car destroyed

My opinion: simply this. They know KC is coming back next week and she'd be squawking for the car as it's HERS. She might even get JB to file a lawsuit to demand it. It was a big middle finger to the liar and <modsnip>

    Can Casey benefit from therapy?

I keep replaying the scene of FCA leaving jail with JB strutting in front of her in my mind. I think this was the future JB envisioned for himself.... he'd swan FCA to every interview, press event.... move on to some red carpet events in a few months, always leading. That isn't panning...

    Post-Verdict: What's Next? Predictions?

Hey, maybe she'll discover crystal meth!

All sorts of people suing casey

Not that I think she deserves to walk AT ALL but I think it would be prudent for her to cool her heels for the full term she does have to serve. If she walks out tomorrow, there could very well be a riot where she and participants could end up hurt or dead. Emotions are WAY too ramped up right...

This is why I hope a movie never gets made about this case

Why does there need to be a movie? We already know the whole story.

Will Cindy be prosecuted for perjury?

If CA goes to jail, KC will truly have no one to bankroll her and protect her. This reason alone is enough for me.

    Jesse Grund on HLN

What a well-spoken, nice young man. And good for him to voice his opinion on the issue. You can see the love he has for Caylee

What do you want to personally say to the jurors?

Thank your your due diligence in examining all the evidence. Thank you for taking the time to review the audio and video tapes provided to you. Thank you for giving that extra time when we all knew you just wanted to go back home. Thank you for the courage to address the world to explain how...

I really believe ICA truly thought this was going to be a mistrial and they'd let her go free.
