Theory - Karr Did It, Pasty Wrote The Note ...

Not sure if this theory has ever been posted, but it may be that Karr (or another intruder) did kill JonBenet, after which the parents composed the ransom note together in a blind panic. Upon seeing their daughter's bashed, garotted and obviously defiled dead body, they knew that the finger of...

Karr wrote the ransom note-my analysis

Totally disagree. Patsey's handwriting style is almost a mirror of the ransom note. Then, if you can imagine her making a deliberate attempt to hide this fact while she wrote it by using her non-preferred hand, 'almost' becomes nigh on 'exact'. She wrote it either alone or with someone...

    Apology To The Ramseys?

I agree with a previous poster who said that John Mark Karr has just as much of a right to walk the streets as anyone else. Okay, so he's an effeminate weirdo with a morbid fascination in child murder cases. If that's all he proves to be, so what? Until he's actually convicted of a serious crime...

    Sexual Assault -Merged-

The $118,000 amount is the most sure pointer to Ramsey involvement in my opinion.

    In light of recent events...

Killed accidentally or intentionally by a Ramsey family member and then covered up through crime scene staging and the ridiculous ransom note.

13 Separate Similarities Convinces Handwriting Expert

In my opinion Patsy Ramsey wrote the ransom note with her opposite hand. This would account for the instances where the curvature of some of the letters don't quite match up perfectly. Overrall, though, her style is dead on with the ransom note. The question is whether she wrote it herself or...

    Major inconsistencies are raising doubt...

Karr is only the killer if: 1. The DNA matches. 2. Parts of the official autopsy were deliberately altered and Karr has given information to Tracey via email that only the killer would know. 3. There is hard evidence of him being in the Ramsey house on that Christmas night (ie. the palm print...

For Karr to be a red herring.....

It's a misdemeanour according to California state laws, which is where he is wanted for that particular crime.

For Karr to be a red herring.....

I think Karr is a pedophile loon who has immersed himself so deeply in material about the JBR case, fantasized about it for so long, that he has actually convinced himself that he did it. After his confession and the details of the crime are thoroughly crosschecked, I reckon he'll be cleared...

    S.B.T.C. / Ransom Note Merged

For me there glaring dissimilarities in the writing styles. His capital I's are different, as are the way he writes the number 7. Also, if as it appears, Karr has changed his handwriting style over time, it's going to be a nightmare to try and make the connection to him via this medium.

    Why I like this case

BlueCrab, I think the term "ultra-liberal" is way too melodramatic. I read the list of activites APAC were engaged in on one of the threads. None of it struck me as being ultra or extreme in the slightest. Dozens of campus groups in every college across America partake in similarly innocuous...

    Why I like this case

BlueCrab, Common sense is my one good reason. Has there ever been a documented case in the history of law enforcement where a college campus group has carried out a brutal child murder as protest/payback for a grudge against society!? By your six-degrees-of-separation logic you can make...

The Ransom Note: a calling card?

The fluctuation between "I" and "we" is the strongest indicator of mental illness in the ransom note. "Small foreign faction", "group of individuals" - these terms can either be taken literally or as the workings of a single psychotic person experiencing mulitple personalities bordering on...

    Why I like this case

BlueCrab, Aliens did it. By your logic you can't disprove this as a possibility, therefore it must stay on the table. A 6yo JonBenet dying from self-inflicted AEA games!? Almost as likely as a murderous conspiracy among members of the insidious APAC small foreign faction. Of course...

The Ransom Note: a calling card?

Respected Patsey and feared John. There's where you're on the right track. I don't understand why some posters think that only juvenile males watch and absorb the lingo of action movies. Anyone of any gender or age writing a ficticious ransom note might employ such hackneyed phrases. Woodsman.

Why Patsy did not kill JonBenet

BlueCrab, Another explanation for the reversed comma was that it was written by someone using their non-preferred hand. Woodsman.

Why Patsy did not kill JonBenet

Thank you ConcernedPerson for your kind comment. Actually this is the first time I have posted on this website after having spent several weeks digesting information about the case. I too am fascinated by the thoughts and theories of many of the members of this site, especially the likes of...

Why Patsy did not kill JonBenet

BlueCrab, The fact that it's convoluted is one of the many reasons the note was probably written by a juvenile male. Add the length of the note, the silly movie stuff, and all of the unnecessary tough-guy threats, and the note has young male written all over it. Does your theory include...

Why Patsy did not kill JonBenet

Blue Crab, Your theory that a 9yo boy wrote that convoluted ransom note is just plain ridiculous. Even though amateurish the note was so obviously written by an adult.
