So essentially the theory is LE sat on information that could have lead to the quick capture and arrest of the suspect but consciously decided to withhold it? To what end? How would they benefit from doing that? There is no reasonable explanation they would know the make and model of a...

Agreed one wouldnt think it would take that long in such an important case. But its all I could think of.

I was thinking maybe that white Elantra was the only car that passed in the early morning hours that they couldnt account for. It would take a long time to track down every car that passed on taylor that evening. Once they positively determined thats the only car they cant track down to a near...

Maybe thats what makes the white car so suspicious.

This question(s) are for the law enforcement types that are in the know. Why keep how they know or suspect a white Elantra could provide them with information regarding this case? Given they were so specific on the year(s) the Elantra was built they obviously got a good look at it. Why not make...

Murdering 4 people with a knife is exhausting messy business. If it was a single perp I can easily see why he didnt go looking for more victims.

I hope this isnt against the rules to speculate but perhaps K and M did see something and thought the person they saw was K's ex boyfriend. But it wasnt him it was the killer. So she was calling he ex to ask him what he was doing in and or around the house. That would explain why M was calling...

IL IL - Tammy Zywicki, 21, La Salle, 23 Aug 1992

Henry Fredrick Wise, aka Hoss Wise, was uncovered as the person who murdered Stacy Chahorski through familial DNA. At the time, he was working as a truck driver. When I saw a picture of the cab I was struck as to how similar it was to the cab of the truck that was reported to have been seen on...

This seems solvable. She was in a love triangle and went home, took a shower, and met her boyfriend.

Well this puts maximum pressure on JW. Her story of dropping Beth off at the train station just evaporated. I dont know if the statute of limitations has run out on obstruction of justice but now that they have a body JW's lies become material. Motive is going to be a difficult aspect of this...

Yes, Thank you for your very thoughtful response. That explains why there are so many different stories. But it doesnt explain why, in a missing persons case, where both LE and Family members pleaded for the publics help, they didnt provide or even correct very basic information. Such as KB has...

But why do they need to report gossip? Why hasn't such basic information been provided to the media/the public.

I just read a news article where it said PF and KB broke up New Years 2018. Another article said they were broken up from September 2018. From what I read at the beginning of this case they were still dating. Why is there so much misinformation surrounding this case?????

Are you sure about that? These documents were described as government motions. Definetly makes more sense if its PF's attorney.

Reasonable minds can differ wether the police were a bit shady with misinformation about PF's cooperation level. As for who asked for the gag order I read a news report that said the District Attorney asked for the gag order. Thats why my suspicions became aroused.

Uggg.... so the Judge may still allow secrecy to prevail.
