Option for what? The post I replied to was asking why Houze and/or Bunch let the texts stand unchallenged. I am unclear how countering THs public image would further the search for Kyron.
On that note, TH did make an effort (how sincere is at this point unknown) to work with LE. If I were...
I'm not so sure. This is what has kept me from falling off the fence with every new bombshell.
I've gone back and compared Houze's statements to other cases, particularly those where the client's guilt was irrefutable.
Very different Houze. He believes Terri has been wronged. How, I...
It has been discussed here before that there is software that will allow someone to control a smart phone remotely, including turning it on and off, and using it as a de facto wiretap device, as well as sending texts via that phone remotely.
Not having service when you need it is substantively the same, but still inaccurate to say there is no service. I've been there. I've used a Verizon phone there. There is indeed service, just not reliable service.
Places that don't get service during the day (peak hours, higher cloud cover)...
I've used Mr. Spock earbud for years now. Like both hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. :)
Needling welcome. In our family, a well-timed, and sportsmanly jab is a sign of affection and respect!
I'm terrible at directions, a friend used to have to talk me through various areas over...
You might have to find someone who is discussing that topic and ask them.
My post was about borderline personality disorder and the various forms in which it is expressed.
It's rather simplistic to say there is no coverage. I lived in the area when we first moved there in 2006, and we had Verizon. If you note, they actually have excellent coverage over the entire area, what shows on the map as no coverage is actually microtopography interfering with coverage, so...
I just spent a month in a national park in Michigan where I get no phone signal, but I could text. Mobile coverage being what it is, sometimes you have voice, sometimes you have data, sometimes you have both, sometimes you have neither.
It is indeed possible to put software on any phone to...
If someone close to her in a moment of passion took photos on her phone, or had them already, and had installed software to control her phone, and texted the photos TO her phone, waiting to control her phone and text with MC....
I'm not sure what the digital fingerprint of those photos might...
Well, I have a friend who has been a female bodybuilder for a long time. Her husband is also a bodybuilder. There are tons of them. It's a highly competitive, demanding sport.
I guess I don't feel there's enough information yet for me to see that as anything but something she was interested...
The above is one explanation, it is not the only explanation.
Additionally, there may be some perfectly normal reasons Terri herself might have had naked photos of herself already on her phone.
Additionally they may have been uploaded to her phone.
It would be interesting to know if...
If everything we know to be Terri is not one sided and is factual (which is impossible, IMO, because we mere mortals can not see multiple sides of the same story, as evinced here on a daily basis) then I would suspect she is a borderline.
Even for a borderline, those texts represent an...
Whether it is likely is different from it being impossible. I believe it is likely they come from TH, but that does not mean it is impossible they didn't, as has been discussed elsewhere.
There's something odd about her discussions. I wish we could see the rest. It doesn't fit the pattern I'd...
Whether he was working with them or not is irrelevant (at least with regards to my question). Clearly they have the texts. How do they know when the pictures were taken, by whom, and who they were sent by?
I'm not sure what kind of electronic fingerprint might follow such transmissions.
I'm curious if it's possible to tell from the *recipient* phone when the pix were taken, or even if they were taken with the sender's phone, uploaded, forwarded, what?
I'm also curious how such texts are authenticated as being from the sender's phone.
I know nothing about what tools LE has...
I really would like to know, what was in the bits we didn't see, and if time/date stamps of photos show on the recipient's phone when texted.
Some of these texts have me scratching my head.
Something doesn't add up.
